5-PATH® Hypnosis (5 Phase Advanced Transformational Hypnosis) is a versatile and comprehensive approach to hypnosis that can help people with a wide range of issues. 5-PATH® is a universal approach to conducting hypnosis for most of the issues that a hypnotist is called to work on that involves emotional and behavioral change.

TREATMENT WITH HYPNOSIS

It’s important to note that while 5-PATH® can be very effective, the success of hypnotherapy can vary from person to person. It often depends on the individual’s openness to the process and the skill of the therapist.
Additionally, for certain conditions like severe mental health disorders, it’s recommended to seek treatment under the guidance of a qualified mental health professional.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN A HYPNOSIS SESSION
- Setting: (In-Person) Hypnosis sessions are conducted in a peaceful, quiet setting. You will remain fully clothed and seated comfortably in a reclining chair. Hypnosis sessions are also commonly performed distantly.
- Process: (In-Person) In the first session, the client will watch a 20-minute hypnosis pre-talk video (if they hadn’t done so already via email). Every week, I review the Benefits Form with the client to get a clear understanding of the results the client is looking for, looking for what has worked for the client in the previous week(s). These are the clients “wins” for the week. The client then proceeds to the reclining chair and the hypnosis sessions begins. For distance sessions, the client schedules a time where they can be in a quiet setting, undisturbed (i.e. their home, office, etc.). The session is held over Zoom. In-person and distance sessions are equally effective with respect to yielding results. After each session, I will do a post-interview to see what insights the client may have, how they are feeling, etc.
- Sensations: You may feel a warming or cooling sensation, a tingling, lightheaded or nothing at all. Each person’s experience is unique.
- Duration: A typical session lasts between 90 and 120 minutes. All appointments are scheduled in advance. Depending on what the client is coming in for, sessions typically range between 5-8 sessions.
**Exception: For those who are extremely motivated and have made the non-negotiable decision to quit smoking… I offer a 2-session accelerated package. Please keep in mind that a 2-session accelerated package is not enough to uncover any additional underlying events that may cause the “too much” behavior and more sessions might be required to get the desired outcome.
